I'm Bruno Banicles, founder of Banicles, a Canadian digital-transformation firm based in Quebec City. For over 20 years, I've connected business strategy and complex systems — serving major Canadian organizations across steel, financial services, telecommunications and the public sector.

I lead every engagement myself and, when its scale calls for it, bring in a trusted network of collaborators — always with the same architectural rigor.

As an enterprise architect, I'm trained in the frameworks that matter (TOGAF, ITIL, BABOK, BIZBOK, BPMN), and pragmatic above all: the best frameworks remain tools — execution is what creates value.
